It was built in 1986, and, the homeowner says, there are wide knotty pine floors and exposed beams throughout the lower level, plus exposed beams along the ceilings of the second floor.
Listing agent Marie Falson of RE/MAX Signature Real Estate says the property, just shy of three-quarters of an acre, is close to beaches and wineries.
The home features four bedrooms, two baths and a living room with a coal-burning stove. There’s also a den with a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace and eight of the home’s 10 skylights.
