A Northport home now listed for $425,000 comes with a grape arbor.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is on more than a third of an acre, says Elliman's Kimberly Jean, who is co-listing the property with Kim Messina.

The Colonial was built in 1909. "It's historical and has a lot of original paneling and wallpaper," Jean says.
