We’re not sure whether this property is suitable for Bravo’s "Flipping Out," HGTV’s "Beyond Repair" or A&E’s "Hoarders." Nonetheless, this 135-year-old Colonial on Montauk Highway in Moriches just hit the market for $89,900. Good news: It’s on 1.25 acres and zoned for horses. Bad news: It looks like horses may have lived in the house.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (make that 2.5, an outhouse was spotted in one of the exterior pictures). It is bank owned, and taxes are only $3,306. The property is within a Brookhaven Town Historic District, so structural changes to the home would have to be run by the advisory committee.

Louise Conklin of Century 21 Cor Ace Realty is arranging to get the property and home cleared. Stay tuned for new pictures.
