Frankie Valli ex sells Manhasset house

Randy Valli won't be spending another season in her Manhasset home. After only 49 days on the market, the North Shore mansion owned by Valli, former wife of singer Frankie Valli, has a buyer.

The home is “in contract,” said listing agent Nick Colombos of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Colombos, who expects the closing to occur by mid-April, said the Stone Hill home sold quickly because “it’s located in the most sought-out gated community in North Hills." North Hills is a section of Manhasset.

The asking price for the five-bedroom European-style mansion was $2.65 million. Colombos would not comment on the sale price.

The 5,200-square-foot home has 5½ baths, a fireplace, a private courtyard and a three-car garage.
