Free housing workshop tonight in Glen Cove
The Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an event at 6 p.m. Feb. 23 at The Villa at Glen Cove, 50 A Glen St. “The purpose of this event is to inform the public how the local market is doing, specifically in Nassau County, and the towns we are residing,” says Phyllis Gorham, executive director of the Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce.
Free to the public, those attending will be listening to presentations made by real estate brokers located on Long Island, including:
-Cathy Poturny of Laffey Fine Homes
-Mary Stanco of Laffey Fine Homes
-John F. Hoblin Jr. of Hunt Corporate Services Inc.
-Gabor Karsai of Landmark Realtors Inc.
-Leslie R. Kle of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
“Some of these brokers have a niche, for example Mary has a niche for short sales, I know that the Hunt Corporation has property in Glen Cove, and Coldwell Banker has holdings all over,” says Gorham.
