On the market for $625,000, the three-bedroom, 1.5-bath house has has retained other vintage details. "Like beautiful original moldings, old hardwood floors, and the kitchen is old but really funky – its got these metal cabinets that were probably done in the '60s,” says Barbara Sinenberg, listing agent with Sherlock Homes Realty Corp. “If you like old, it is really nice … It’s a house that is great for someone who likes old fashion.”

The windows and heating system have been replaced, she adds.
