The storied Grey Gardens is available to rent for the year, except for August, for $175,000.

The seven-bedroom, 6 1⁄2-bathroom East Hampton home was once occupied by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’ cousins, Edith Bouvier Beale and her daughter, “Little Edie,” whose squalid living conditions were recounted in the 1975 documentary by Albert and David Maysles.

In 1979, late Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee and his wife, Sally Quinn, purchased the home, designed by Joseph Greenleaf Thorpe in 1897, and restored it. The two-acre property is within walking distance of Georgica Beach and also features the famous gardens, along with a heated gunite pool and a Har-Tru tennis court.

The home is also available from Memorial Day to July 31, 2017, for $150,000, July for $125,000 and in the winter for $50,000.

It is listed with Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group.
