A four-bedroom house in East Quogue with almost 360-degree views of Shinnecock Bay and steps from a beach is on the market for $4.125 million
The house sits at the end of Shinnecock Road on a point that juts out into Shinnecock Bay, surrounding the home with water on three sides and providing unobstructed sunrise-to-sunset views from every room.

A seawall is "built against the elements to FEMA guidelines," said listing agent James Cumisky of Quogue East Realty. "The wall helps combat waves and erosions. The house is also on pilings — neighbors got flooded during Hurricane Sandy but it didn’t get touched."
Built in 2008, the 3,700 square-foot house, which has 4½ bathrooms, comes furished. The owner is moving out of state to a new home he wants to furnish with a different aesthetic and plans on leaving the beds, pots, pans, dishware, linens and more, but not the artwork, Cumisky said. The home can also be delivered empty, he added.

The house has hardwood floors, wood ceilings, custom moldings, a gas fireplace, central air conditioning, a large eat-in kitchen with an island, dining room, living room and den. The property measures nearly a quarter of an acre and has a three-car garage.
The owners had the house custom built using high-end materials and fixtures, Cumisky said. "The craftsmanship is top-of-the-line; materials are top-of-the-line," he said.

There are multi-level mahogany decks, a covered porch, and a beachfront gas firepit with a bluestone patio, steps and walls.
Annual taxes on the property, which is in the East Quogue Union Free School District, are $24,000.
