A 1900 Colonial in Head of the Harbor, on the market for $685,000, comes with an outdoor multisport court and a soccer field on the 3-acre property.
The seller souped up the existing tennis court by converting it to a 100-by-60-foot basketball/deck hockey/tennis court for his sports-minded children. He also set up the soccer field, which measures 50 by 100 feet, complete with pro nets that stay with the house.
