A newly built five-bedroom Colonial with a "grand look" on a corner lot in Hicksville is on the market for $1.325 million.

The 3,100-square-foot house has many high-end amenities, such as coffered ceilings, marble bathrooms, porcelain tiles and a chef's kitchen with a waterfall island with seating and a small prep kitchen with coffee and wine stations.

“It’s immaculately built and has a grand look,” said Saurav Mahajan of Voro LLC, who is co-listing the house with Rachna Bhatia. “The foyer is beautiful.”

Built in 2021 on a 0.16-acre lot on Frances Lane, a cul-de-sac, the home has 3½ bathrooms, a living room with an electric fireplace and coffered ceiling.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and there are hardwood floors and crown moldings throughout the house, as well as central air conditioning.

The house is in the Hicksville Union Free School District and has annual property taxes of $12,478.

There's a one-car garage and full basement with walkout access. “The basement has a 10-foot-high ceiling,” Mahajan said. “It doesn’t feel like you’re in the basement.”

Sliding glass doors in the dining room lead to a paver patio in the fenced-in backyard.

The firm sold the house last year shortly after it was built but the owners feel the home is too small for them, so they’re selling, Mahajan said.

“It’s so lighted — it has huge windows in every room,” Bhatia said. “Overall, it’s a gorgeous house."
