Famulari, 28, director of relationship development for Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Mogul, 25, who is in production and product development for Tory Burch handbags, closed on their three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom home for $538,000 in December. They are getting married this year.

WHY THEY BOUGHT IT The couple liked the open floor plan, which is rare for a house built more than 40 years ago.

“We were looking for something that was turnkey ready, that has good bones and a strong foundation, but that wasn’t done too much to someone else’s specifications,” Famulari says.

WHY THEY BOUGHT IT “We knew we wanted to renovate, and we felt it was a good canvas to work from,” Omar says. “It was something that had potential, a layout we could work with and good bones.”
