This 22-acre estate in Eastport, on the market for $12 million, bears the mark of two "star-chitects." Famed beach house architect Horace Gifford designed the house in 1979, and Philip Babb designed an extension added in 1996.

"You can definitely feel the vibe from one to the other, but it flows really well," says Kim Stevens of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who is co-listing the property with Jon Holderer. "It's really an amazing home."

The house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and curved wood walls with sliding glass doors overlooking the water. The estate sits on Seatuck Creek and Little Seatuck Creek, with views over Moriches Bay to Dune Road in Westhampton. There's also a tennis court, deepwater dock and pool.

It's also possible to purchase a 4.8-acre parcel with the home for $4.9 million.
