A two-bedroom, two-bath end-unit town house in the Meadowood Homes development on Spring Road in Huntington has been reduced $40,000 to $685,000. The ranch-style home, built in 1985, is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Huntington Village and Heckscher Park.
“It’s a beautifully maintained, parklike, private setting,” said listing agent John Mangano of The Agency Northshore New York in Huntington. “It’s a gem of a community that’s pet-friendly, and they allow you to do your own planting. It’s a perfect unit for empty nesters as well as new homebuyers.”
