Jill Zarin is 'not in a bidding mood'

 

Jill Zarin is trying to buy a house in Southampton, although “The Real Housewives of New York City” star says she’s “not in a bidding mood.”

Her husband, Bobby, says the house is in the Estates section near the beach. After placing a bid, he says “somebody else came along and offered the full price.”

The asking price is $7.9 million, down from $9.9 million, he says.

“We’re just not in the bidding mood,” Jill Zarin tells Real LI in this video shot Monday night at Book Revue in Huntington to promote her newly published “Secrets of a Jewish Mother.”

Bobby explains that he and Jill are “not desperate.”

“This summer we want to travel,” he says. “I’m not sure I want this house.”

The house was one of a dozen properties he and Jill recently saw.
