John Leguizamo buys Amagansett home

Actor John Leguizamo has bought a beach house in Amagansett with wife, Justine, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.
The Leguizamos, who purchased the property in their own names, paid $1.227 million.
The three-bedroom, two-bath ranch is near an ocean beach. The 1,200-square-foot home has a cathedral ceiling with skylights, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, an enclosed porch and a deck.
The asking price had been $1,318,227, according to the listing with Martin Ligorner of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Marilynn Kornfeld at Coldwell Residential Brokerage.
