Oscar-winning actress Julianne Moore has put her Montauk cottage on the market for $3.495 million, her publicist confirmed.
The 1,000-square-foot home is filled with quaint charm, including arched wood-beam ceilings, wide-plank floors, a brick fireplace and a screened porch.
The .69-acre property has a gunite pool overlooking Fort Pond, along with a pool cabana.
Listing agent Theresa Eurell of Town & Country Real Estate declined to comment.
Moore -- who won an Oscar earlier this year for her performance in "Still Alice," in which she played a woman battling early-onset Alzheimer's disease -- purchased the property in 2007 for $1.05 million, according to public records.
