Yes, she did look at houses in East Setauket but Jenni "JWOWW" Farley says that she has decided not to move to the quiet North Shore community in Suffolk County.
Although the homes she saw with MTV "Jersey Shore" co-star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi were "within budget and decent," Farley tells REAL LI there was another problem.
"It’s too far out," says Farley, who now lives farther west in Franklin Square.
Farley and Polizzi are dating Jersey boys and need to be in Manhattan much of the time. "We're always in the city, we're always going to Jersey," says Farley, whose book "The Rules According to JWOWW" comes out Tuesday. "It would be a long ride."
The best friends tweeted in December they were looking for a house together on Long Island, and real estate agents say they have been filming a pilot around the house hunt.
Although Farley says she is "so Long Island it's ridiculous" and has not ruled out finding a property in Nassau, she may have to leave for a more affordable place. "I think we can get a better deal in Jersey," she says. "Long Island is very expensive."
