Kimora Lee Simmons sells East Hampton home
Baby Phat exec Kimora Lee Simmons has sold her East Hampton house for $650,000, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.
The post-modern three-bedroom, two-bath home closed Jan. 28.
The .91-acre property has a heated pool.
Laura Nigro of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate had the listing. The asking price had been $800,000. Holly Hodder of Sotheby's International Realty brought the buyers.
Simmons used to be married to Russell Simmons, who founded Def Jam. He still owns a home in East Hampton. The new season of “Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane,” her Style Network realty TV show, premieres March 21.
