LI communities among 'most expensive' in nation

More than 30 Long Island communities made the Forbes List of America’s Most Expensive ZIP Codes, based on housing prices.
Three Manhattan ZIP codes -- 10014, 10065 and 10012 -- landed on the top 10 list.
Number 11 was Old Westbury, 11568, where the median home price was $3.1 million and the median household income was $163,046. That was big bump up from its place at 50 in 2009.
