A Spanish-style home in Long Beach was recently sold for $549,000.
The house is in the Canals section of Long Beach, which, says listing agent Ricki Noto of Century 21 American Homes, is similar to the canaled streets of Venice, Italy.
The home features curved walls. Built in 1930, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features cathedral ceilings, skylights and newly renovated wood floors. There are two decks, one off the master bedroom and the other off the family room, a private outdoor shower and an attached one-car garage.
The entire exterior was recently renovated and painted, says Noto. There’s new stucco, stonework, awning, central air-conditioning, and an alarm and speaker system.
