New development in Levittown is rare enough, but four new properties for sale are not your average Levitt homes. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom with a half-bath  Colonials are currently being built on a 3-acre property that once held the grandstands for the old Vanderbilt Motor Parkway built by William Vanderbilt in 1908.

"Two of the homes are on an acre, which is unheard of in this area," says listing agent Andrew Libow of RE/MAX Central Properties.

The two homes on 1-acre properties are on the market for $679,000, while the other two houses, on a third of an acre, are listed for $669,000. All of the homes will be 3,200 square feet, with 8-foot basements and two-car garages.

Libow says construction on the homes on the smaller properties should be complete in the next few weeks, while the other two should be finished by July 1.
