Madonna pays $5M for Bridgehampton horse farm

So how much did the Material Girl pay for Kelly Klein's Wild Ocean Farm? A mere $5 million, public records show. Estimates had been that she paid less than $10 million.

According to the Long Island Real Estate Report, Madonna closed on Dec. 21 on the 30-acre property under the corporate name "Wild Horses Farm LLC."
