An East Massapequa home listed for $599,990 was built in the 1890s but contains updates.

Located on Narraskatuck Creek, the seven-bedroom, four-bathroom home recently went into contract.

The house dates back to 1893, but boasts a new eat-in kitchen, renovated porch, new bathrooms and woodwork throughout.

“It’s a charming, old-style home,” says Robert Leek of Century 21 American Homes, who is listing the property with Carolyn Sullivan.
