A 31-acre Mattituck property that was once part of Macari Vineyards is on the market for $900,000.
The land can be used for any type of agriculture, including as a vineyard, but also for growing vegetables and raising animals, says Kathy Van Duzer of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who is co-listing the property with Anthony Macari, who is related to the family that owns the nearby vineyards.
In addition, a 1.21-acre wooded section of the property can be used to construct a home.
