Owner Cleo Hall says her late husband, James, led a team of workers that stripped the 2,200-square-foot home to its studs and began to rebuild it in 2001. “It now has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and everything is updated,” she says. “The cottage was perfect for my mom, and hopefully it will be perfect for someone else.”
Listing agent Jeffrey Mead of Purplebricks says the lot is just shy of an acre.
