That’s right. This charming seven-room Colonial in Merrick, which is on the market for $549,000, comes with a hot tub in the family room. “Initially when buying the home, we thought it was crazy but then grew to love it,” says owner Kristen Traina.
The six-person hot tub is set in the corner of the room surrounded on two sides by oversized windows. “In the winters, we have turned the tub on, opened the windows and watched TV,” says Traina, adding, “it’s crazy .?.?. but nice.”
“It’s great for entertaining .?.?. and a great conversation piece,” says listing agent Marty Sorrentino, an associate broker of RE/MAX Innovations.
