Well, here’s your chance. The East Deck Motel and Resort is up for sale for $20 million.
The seasonal compound, built in the 1950s, has 30 units and a two-bedroom manager’s quarters. The property also boasts an Olympic-size pool.
This is the first time the motel has ever been on the market.
“[The motel] has run its course, and the family is now moving on,” says listing agent Chris Coleman of The Corcoran Group.
The motel is still taking reservations, but is booked for the summer.
This is the second big hotel up for sale in Montauk. The 15-room Montauket Hotel recently went on the market for $17.5 million.
