Bridgehampton's Morgan Hill Farm is in contract, a source tells Real LI.

The 12,000-square-foot house is owned by Dennis Suskind, a former Southampton councilman and a founding partner of Goldman Sachs, and his wife, Cynthia. The last list price was $15.9 million. When it went on the market in 2007, the Suskinds were asking $27 million.

The 11.6-acre property has an indoor pool, and tennis and basketball courts.

Scott Strough of Strough Real Estate Associates was the listing agent.Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group brought the buyer, a New York family involved in the financial industry.

The closing is expected to take place this week.

Famous neighbors include actor Kelsey Grammer, who has put his nearby mansion on and off the market for the past several years.
