A waterfront home on Mount Sinai's Davis Island once belonged to a sea captain, says the property's listing agent. The house is on the market for $1,499,990.
The circa-1860 Victorian construction has been restored, says Peter Foglia of RE/MAX Integrity Leaders, who is marketing the house.
There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in the house, which features white-plank flooring, period moldings and four fireplaces.
The 1.5-acre lot offers views of Mount Sinai Harbor and contains a two-story, 3,000-square-foot garage that can house four cars, Foglia says.
