New construction in Lloyd Harbor, $3.7 million

A new five-bedroom, 5,806-square-foot Colonial on Middle Hollow Court in Lloyd Harbor is on the market for $3.699 million.

It has high-end features, including a double-entry foyer with flat-paneled wall detail, a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, and a second-floor laundry with two washers and two dryers, according to listing agent Janine Gleusner of Signature Premier Properties.
