The LaFontaines own a neighboring parcel. It has a cottage, pool and a 64-by-120-foot ice rink, which doubles as a sports court. The hockey star calls it his "Rink of Dreams" and so that parcel is not for sale -- yet. "We are debating what to do," LaFontaine said.
