A Great Neck home by architect Norman Jaffe, known for his modern designs from the Hamptons to the West Coast, is on the market for $3.995 million.
The six-bedroom, 5 1⁄2-bathroom, open plan house was built in 1975. The home’s mechanicals, which include central air conditioning, have since been updated, but Jaffe’s signature design elements remain. They include a wall of natural stone with a fireplace, high wood-plank ceilings and walls of glass.
The home also has a finished basement and two-car garage.
The 1.25-acre property has an in-ground pool set in a central courtyard and dotted with low stone walls.
It is listed with Soheila Sharf of Soheila Sharf Realty.
