This Southampton property is a rare offering. Part of the North Sea Beach Colony, a moderately-priced vacation community on Little Peconic Bay that celebrated its 100th anniversary last year, it comprises two cottages and is listed for $799,000.
“Properties in the community rarely come on the market,” says listing agent Mary Slattery of The Corcoran Group.
The .22-acre property is a legal multifamily dwelling and has bay beach access. The main cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms over one level, and the other two-story cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The North Sea Beach Colony Association organizes events for more than 50 families who live there.
