A Northport home now listed for $425,000 comes with a grape arbor.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is on more than a third of an acre, says Elliman's Kimberly Jean, who is co-listing the property with Kim Messina.

There is an enclosed dog run in part of the backyard as well as a doghouse.

The backyard also houses a heated original barn.

"They are using it for storage, but it's in great condition, with electricity and heat," Jean says.

The Colonial was built in 1909.
