Listed for $365,000, the home has the original stained glass windows and hardwood floors, says listing agent Stephanie Schwartz of Coldwell Banker Your Home Realty (516-867-4600). But it needs some updating. “It’s almost like a pretty woman without makeup,” Schwartz says of the house. “It’s waiting for a young couple who sees the potential and wants the schools.”
