The 2,930-square-foot home on Fifth Avenue has oak floors throughout and 9-foot ceilings on the main floor. “The new homeowner will have the choice of granite for countertops in the kitchen and choice of appliances,” says listing agent Eric Neitzel of DeBarbieri Associates Inc. (631-862-7447). The home has a full basement with eight-foot ceilings and outside entry, a two-car garage, and it’s on 0.38 of an acre. “It really is a beautiful house, priced to sell,” Neitzel says.
