This newly constructed oceanfront home in Quogue, on the market for $24 million, has many opulent touches, including a wrought-iron staircase with a built-in climate-controlled wine closet, a high-tech game room with a golf simulator and two pools.

“It was built with very thoughtful design,” says listing agent Dee Perfido of Kerrigan Country Realty. “There’s comfort inside and outside.”

There’s intricate millwork throughout the 9,000-square-foot home, as well as arched entryways, barrel-beamed and coffered ceilings, inlaid hardwood floors and seven fireplaces.

Outside is a heated seating area with a fireplace flanked by waterfalls. A lower deck comes with a walkway to the ocean, while an upper deck has an infinity pool overlooking the water. There’s also an indoor lap pool.
