Looks like the 2010 Hampton Designer Showhouse has a buyer. Owner-agent, Frank Bodenchak of Saunders & Associates has confirmed the Sag Harbor home is in contract. He would not elaborate on the selling price, but it was reported to have been listed for $5.25 million in July. The post-modern-style manse has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a 50-foot pool with hot tub — and even its own movie theater. The 9,000-square-foot home sits on 4.7 acres and is surrounded by 62 reserve acres.
