This four-bedroom ranch-style home in Brookville with two separate cottages on the property neighbors the equestrian Brookville Farms. It is on the market for $1.699 million.
The cottages were originally horse barns, says listing agent Regina Rogers of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The sellers use one, which has a fireplace and an original barn door, as a woodworking shop and the other as a greenhouse.
