After buying the house in 1986, sellers Prasad and Uma Chalisani turned the high-ceilinged room with huge picture windows into an event space, complete with a disco ball and colored lights.
“It was mostly for the kids to enjoy,” says Prasad Chalisani, who threw his daughter’s Sweet 16 party at the house.
There are panoramic water views from every room of the home, which is on the market for $3.495 million. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house also has a wraparound deck.
