The first floor of the house was completely reconstructed five years ago from the studs up using mostly the property’s original 1958 materials, with construction on the second floor completed three years ago. In addition to laying the home’s original wood floors again, radiant-heated limestone floors were installed on the ground floor; the master bedroom also has radiant-heat floors.
The two-acre property includes a heated garage and access to a private area beach.
