A Sagaponack modern home, with a pre-construction price set at $16.95 million, will feature four interconnected structures, the listing agent says.

The 5,000-square-foot home to be built on the site, with views of Sagg Pond and the Atlantic Ocean, was designed by Bates Masi.

“They work with a lot of natural materials, and what’s beautiful about their work is that they do these modern designs that really blend into the landscape,” says Matthew Breitenbach of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. “They create these beautiful homes that are almost like pieces of artwork.”

Renderings show that each structure is connected by walkways adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows. The entry structure includes an elevator that leads to a second-level family room. The main living structure will feature an open floor plan that boasts a living room, dining room, kitchen and butler’s kitchen. On the second level is a study and a master suite equipped with a bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck. An additional structure offers four guest rooms, each with a bathroom. Decking leads a pool house that overlooks a heated gunite pool and includes a kitchen and bathroom.

Breitenbach says construction on the home, which is on a 0.91-acre property and includes a garage, is expected to be completed within 10 to 12 months.
