A historic Sea Cliff Victorian with a wraparound porch and modern renovation has come on the market. The sellers are asking $560,000.
The three-bedroom, one-bathroom home was built in 1910, and was among a number of Sea Cliff bungalows and cottages that were used in the summer and eventually turned into full-time residences, says listing agent Deborah Mohring of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
The current owners bought the house three years ago and renovated the kitchen and bathroom and added a new roof to the porch, installing recessed lighting.
