Snap up Billy Joel's Sagaponack house at a $3.5M discount
The oceanfront home owned by musician Billy Joel is for sale now priced at $19.95 million.
Billy Joel is in a new Realtor state of mind.
The rocker recently re-listed his his oceanfront Sagaponack home with a new agent, Nancy Mizrahi of Saunders, for $19.95 million. The 5,550-square-foot house, on 145 feet of sandy beach, had been on the market with Biana Stepanian of The Corcoran Group for $23.5 million.
This is the third time the Joel has put the home on the market. He first tried to sell it in 2009 for $22.5 million, later cutting the price to $16.75 million.
The home has been redecorated a bit, and the listing photos show refinished hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room.
