This three-bedroom, one-bathroom house was built in 1960 and needs some TLC, says co-listing agent Lisa Stulz of Advantage + Realty Corp. (631-957-0096). “It needs updating, it needs to be refreshed,” Stulz says. The home has a partially finished basement, an eat-in-kitchen, a formal dining room and an unfinished attic. It also has a front porch and decking in the backyard, as well as an aboveground pool.
