Town & Country chief sells East Hampton home

The chief executive officer of Town & Country Real Estate, Judi Desiderio, recently sold her East Hampton house, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.

The 5,000-square-foot home located on Owls Nest Lane sold for $2,250,000 in mid-June.

The property was her primary residence. “We designed it and had it built,” says Desiderio. “Our kids grew up there and we enjoyed every inch.”

This five-bedroom, four-bath house boasts a den, a finished lower level, a private tennis court, a pool and gardens. The property also has an outdoor shower.

The Desiderio family now lives on Gardiner’s Bay in a “sweet Nantucket-like cottage.”
