The couple behind Trish McEvoy Beauty and The Dr. Ronald Sherman/Trish McEvoy Skin Care Center have priced the ocean-view estate, located three houses from the Atlantic, at $23.5 million.
Their 8,500-square-foot home — built in 1998 for Elena Ford, a scion of the Ford Motor Company family — was renovated by architect Preston T. Phillips in 2000, according to The Corcoran Group, the real estate firm listing the property.
With seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and west-facing frontage on Wickapogue Pond, the property includes 2.4 acres. The Contemporary-style home includes a heated pool, central air-conditioning, beach rights, a breakfast area, a dining pavilion, an exercise room, a laundry room and a media room.
