President Donald Trump’s older sister has sold her oceanfront Westhampton Beach home.

Elizabeth Trump Grau, 74, one of Trump’s four siblings, closed on the house in May for $3.8 million, says Sarita Silver of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, the agent who brokered the sale.

The two-story Contemporary with five bedrooms and 4 1⁄2 bathrooms sits on a 0.67-acre property with a heated gunite pool and Jacuzzi, gardens and a private walkway to the ocean.

Grau could not be reached for comment.

Records show that the house was first put on the market in July 2016 for $5.5 million and reduced to $4.999 million in April. Grau purchased the 4,123-square-foot house for $1.29 million in 1996 when it was newly constructed, according to property records.

“She was very nice, a lovely woman,” Silver says of Grau, a retired executive of Chase Manhattan Bank who is married to James Grau, a television producer. “They weren’t really using [the house] anymore. So I think that was the primary reason for selling.”

The house is three properties away from Beach Lane bridge, which leads to Rogers Beach. The buyer of the home, Silver says, is working with a builder and designer to redo the house.

“He loved the location and the potential of the renovation,” Silver says.

Grau, the third-eldest Trump sibling, is a graduate of Kew-Forest School in Forest Hills, Queens, a private school that Trump attended through seventh grade, according to The Washington Post. Another Trump-family property in New York was in the news recently. The Jamaica Estates home that Trump lived in until he was 4 was auctioned for $2.14 million in March and rented earlier this week for $4,000 per month.
