Update: 'Jersey Shore' house branches out

We recently told you about how the owners of MTV's "Jersey Shore" house have upped the asking price: They want $15,000 a week this summer, more than what the cable network paid in 2009. Now comes word from listing agent Mike Loundy of Seaside Realty that he's had inquiries about renting the house for sweet 16 parties, birthday parties and graduation parties.
