Victoria Gotti may soon be in the clear in the foreclosure action involving her home in Old Westbury.

Last week, Gotti agreed to pay the federal government $2.6 million to buy out forfeiture claims involving properties in Queens that were owned by ex-husband, Carmine Agnello. In light of the settlement, Gotti’s lawyer, Martin Dollinger, says that while the foreclosure action is still an active case he “has confidence it will be resolved” and that Gotti will be “free to sell or keep the property as she chooses.”

Meanwhile, Gotti’s four-acre estate is listed for $2.895 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Last year, the home had been listed for sale for $2.3 million.

The 6,000-square-foot mansion has 10 rooms, including five bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. There’s a Har-Tru tennis court, a pool with a Jacuzzi, a four-stall horse stable and a guest house on the four-acre property.

The home was made famous as the backdrop for the reality television show “Growing Up Gotti."
